Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site is owned by Daven With Tripod or used under licence. That includes video, photography, edits, graphics, written copy, and the design and arrangement of the pages themselves. © Daven With Tripod. All rights reserved.
What you may not do
Without written permission, you may not copy, download, re-upload, re-edit, crop, screen-record or redistribute anything from this site; present it as your own work; use it in your own promotion, showreel or portfolio; use it in advertising; or include it in any dataset used to train machine-learning or generative AI systems.
What you may do
You are welcome to link to any page here. You may share a post from our Instagram using the platform’s own share and repost tools, provided it is unaltered and the credit stays visible. Anything beyond that needs permission.
Client work
Where work was produced for a client, that client’s rights to use it are set out in their project agreement. Unless the agreement transfers copyright in writing, copyright in the footage, images and edits stays with us, and we keep the right to show the work as part of our portfolio.
Third-party material
Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify work we have done. Music, stock footage, fonts and software used in that work or on this site are licensed from their owners and remain theirs.
Licensing and permission requests
If you want to use something from this site — for a press piece, a case study, a re-edit, or anything commercial — get in touch and tell us what you want to use, where it will appear and for how long. We are usually happy to say yes to a reasonable request.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, where it appears on this site, evidence that you own it, and your contact details. We will review the claim and remove or credit the material where it is valid.
