This site is operated by Daven With Tripod (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent content and personal-branding studio. “You” means anyone visiting or using the site.

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy or republish its contents beyond what our copyright page allows, harvest it by automated means, attempt to break into or disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Calls are booked through a Cal.com widget on our booking page. A booking is a request for a conversation — it is not a contract for work and not a guarantee of availability. We may reschedule or decline a booking. You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

Any work we take on is governed by a separate written agreement or quote setting out scope, fees, timelines, deliverables and usage rights. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and any packages or figures mentioned here may change without notice.

The work shown here is presented as an example of what we have produced. It is not a promise of a particular result, style or outcome for your project. Client names and logos appear to identify past work and do not imply endorsement.

Parts of this site rely on third parties — Cal.com for scheduling, our host for delivery, and embedded media players. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, their content or their terms.

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Everything on this site is protected. What you may and may not do with it is set out on our copyright page, which forms part of these terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any inability to use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
