Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 September 2026

Daven With Tripod (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal information the site handles, why it handles it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — not our profiles on Instagram or any other platform, which are governed by those platforms’ own policies.

The short version

This website has no accounts, no shop, no newsletter and no contact form. The only place you can hand over personal information is the booking widget on our booking page, which is provided by Cal.com. Everything else the site records is the ordinary technical logging any web server keeps.

Booking a call (Cal.com)

Our booking page embeds a scheduling widget from Cal.com. When you book a call through it, you give Cal.com your name, your email address, the time slot you choose, your time zone, and anything you type into the booking form. Cal.com passes those details on to us so we can hold the call.

Cal.com processes that information on its own systems and under its own privacy policy, which is worth reading before you book: cal.com/privacy. If you would rather not use it, message us on Instagram and we will arrange a time by hand.

What we do with booking details

We use your name, email and booking details to confirm the call, prepare for it, hold it, and follow up afterwards. If the conversation becomes a project, they stay with the project record. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Cookies

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. WordPress, which the site is built on, may set a small number of strictly functional cookies. The embedded Cal.com widget sets its own cookies inside the part of the page it controls; those are described in Cal.com’s own notice.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work — the booking widget may not.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. They exist to keep the site online and secure and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Who else sees your information

Only the services needed to run the site and take a booking: Cal.com for scheduling, our web host for hosting and logs, and our email provider for correspondence. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. That is the whole list.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry details are kept for as long as the enquiry or project is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Requests about data held on Cal.com’s own systems should go to Cal.com directly.

Links to other sites

This site links out to Instagram and to work produced for past clients. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their policy, and we are not responsible for what they do with your information.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and adults commissioning creative work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
